I assume that most of the people that place ads on this page are sincere and really want good advice.....not stupid jokes about their relationship or lifestyle.... To answer your "real" question....definitely an invasion of privacy..police cannot enter your property if they "think" some harm is being done if they were called by a third party.....your landlord...If you had called they may enter your residence if they come to the door and you do not respond...only with probable cause....which would be the 911 emergency call requesting police assistance...( see also landlord entry to residence?)
