anyone know where to find the ny 1980 version of this? Apparently, it's a 'reverse' phone book - i.e., you have an address & it tells you the name.. Anyways, i'm trying to find out who was living in my apt 20 yrs ago ( looking to qualify for loft/multiple dwelling law as space is commercial & all residentially occupied, quite possibly for 20 years). I've been to 2 lawyers, contacted loft board, utility companys, city site on lofts, etc.. The building could qualify if I can find the info as landlord has already admitted renting residentially for 20 years! Any Ideas greatly appreciated!
