An appeal will postpone any eviction, and you can certainly try that, though I am not sure what your chances are of succeeding. Perhaps someone on this board can offer some advice re getting a lawyer, as you definitely need one at this point and probably also to pursue an appeal.
I don't know about your other questions.
I know you're upset, and I understand, but eight witnesses is a lot, and even with a lawyer you might lose anyway.
