and search for 'loft' both here and on the home page.

get deed records at 31 Chambers St, Hall of Records.

research the building owner at Housing Court, Civil Court, and Supreme Court: see if prior cases were filed re this...

Call DHCR: ask for a Rent History. probably won't find one, but it's just a phone call.....
