This site says that the DHCR decisions from 1990-94 available here have been selectively edited (censored). As an attorney (obviously not an experienced L/T attorney), I have found and used something called a DHCR Reporter, published by Brownstone Press, that purports to offer summaries of DHCR decisions (the full text is available from the publisher for a fee)through 1999. Has this collection also been "edited" or is this a complete listing of such decisons?
