hp action

Posted by marion on March 08, 2000 at 14:11:30:

Hi after 23 heat failures in my apartment this season, writing 12 letters and filing failure to heat complaints, I cannot take it anymore. I am the owner of my coop, if I file Hp action, can I be sued back in the process or later on? Want to avoid legal costs i might not be able to pay later on. Grateful for any info? I had recieved lots of great info before in regards to heating and my rights greetings and thanks Marion
