Hi! I live on Brooklyn NY. I live in a 2 apartment house over a store,owned by my landlord. I have a month to month lease. Can my landlord raise my rent twice in one year? By law, is there a certain percentage a landlord can raise you? if I decide not to pay the increase does my landlord have to give me adequate time to find another place?
