And then you have to use the other options like begging and your parents...

sorry for being such an idiot....but here in new york, landlords always want the aparment back so they can raise the rent even more.... maybe they can't do that in Indianapolis.

: no eviction in my future...was able to work out arrngmnt with leasing attorney in small claims court without the help of parents.... or begging.....(per some idiot's request that I should have done)...may not work for all but it worked for me....
