New York City Could Lose Rent Regulation!

-Kevin Ryan, Executive Director of the Community Training Resource Center

The Rent Stabilization Law is set to expire on March 31, 2000. The City Council will decide whether to renew, modify, or end Rent Stabilization as a mandated city law. Landlords are lobbying to end regulation! Come see what you can do to help preserve the rights of our city's renters.
