Next to impossible. The landlord is just making the situation worse. Noise is subjective and so is poor behavior. A housing judge may warn him but the likely hood of eviction is next to zero unless he pisses off the judge, not likely. In fact he will have his own side of it to tell and things will get muddy. "This kid plays his music too loud at all hours, and the landlord is harassing me", etc. Then you have an enemy. Believe it or not, I suggest you talk with them and come to a compromise, humanize yourself to this person. Kind words and deeds will diffuse a difficult situation.
