We're in need of help. I came home today to find a For Sign in our front lawn. My two housemates and I have rented this single family home for three years. We just signed another year lease last Wednesday. While the lease reads that he can show the property to prospective buyers, it doesn't indicate that he can evict us until the end of the lease--Feb. 2001. (I don't see any clause that reads that he can evict us with 30 days notice, etc.) What are our rights in this situation? Any advice is appreciated.
