My neighbor (in suffolk county) has just been served a 3 day notice for being 4 months behind.He has been living there in the home for 20 years,receives workers comp, and social security. He had a stroke a few years back and is half paralized on one side, is under 60, and I'm pretty sure recieves a little too much money to qualify for many of the gov. services out there. Any advice on where I can go to help him buy some time to straighten this out? thank you
