I moved a week ago to a brand new aparment complex in new Jersey. They're still finishing the wing where my aparment is located so there are some service not working yet. We were without mailbox the whole last week. The cable it's still not working, and they offered T1 conection to the internet which is also not working. There's a lot of work going on in the hallway. I would like to know if the hallways were supposed to be
finish before anybody can move in or as long as the interior of the aparment is ok the law allows people to move in.
