Security is supposed to be used for damages you did to the place.

Negotiate for and get in writing: all moving costs and security. Pretend you don't want to move, that it is a hardship. Start higher, like extra money. In moving costs, don't forget brokers fees, moving fees, tel/utility deposits, everything.
