ooops, sorry. I erred. I didn't see in the previous post that you were in bed no later than 11pm. My apologies. However, I do think I read somewhere that 10:30 was the cutoff point for "loud" noise.

: I don't think by law that landlords are allowed to disclose the details of your tenancy. I believe that the only thing they're allowed to disclose to a potential landlord is whether you paid your rent on time. I'm not sure whether that's a written rule (I heard it somewhere), and of course I can't guarantee whether landlords know this rule and abide by it.
