Not a complaint..
Does anybody out there know of an apt or sublet that is available now? Prefer Clinton/Hells Kitchen/Chesea
After 23 years in midtown apt. am relocating due to divorce.
Problem: Self-employed, wife has tax returns, don't have the tons of info landlords want.
I pay my bills on time, am quiet, civilized and housebroken. Currently am on the Tenant's Committee where I live.
ANY help, suggestions, contacts appreciated. Will accept sub-let, civilized share...ANYTHING FAST!!!!!
