Thats for sure, as far as my landlord goes he has no idea what the rule of law is.My landlord makes up any promethian, phrase , and sits around thinking the world revolves around him. And the scary part Richard is right. Anytime these landlords blink the government makes there (the landlords) ignorence of the law a law.

: Yes ok ...i dont mind this at all...... but the landlord will try his damnest to evict her....causing her aggrivation , and legal fees....so she might as well get used to it.....

: The only other choice is to ask for maybe $10,-$20,000 to leave a rent stablized apartment so he can have it.....but that should be done thru a lawyer too.
