We currently live in Belmont Cts. which is controlled by NYS housing authority
and we have subsidized rent. We recieved a eviction notice which gives us 30 days in order to move out. Seeing how we have 2 children and it is winter does the law state that they have to give us 60 days to find another dwelling. I am currently unemployed and my husband only recieved 152.00 a week unemployment
