He's not actually our landlord, he's the owner of the building. We live on the first floor and the management office is already in the building on the basement level. The space will be used for commercial, not personal use (he wants to use our apartment to expand his office). We've just renewed our lease but are concerned he may not sign it. What can he legally do?
