Did you call the complaint number 212 960 4800 and report it ???
Did you call the Health Dept ?? Toilets can't be flushed without water. You can't wash your body or brush teeth without water.
Don't pay a dime in rent to anyone !!! No Judge in the world will make you pay rent on an apt that is uninhabitable . Send landlord/mgt a certified letter and advise them that you will not pay a dime in rent for any days without water and you will hold the rent until a Judge tells you to pay rent and how much to pay.
The Judge will order a rent reduction. Remember, do not pay a dime in rent to anyone except a Judge.
