: Could someone please tell me if there is a co-op specialty Part in Brooklyn Housing court? I remember reading somewhere that there was going to be a specialty part in housing court but I don't know if it was implemented in Brooklyn. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Call the Housing Court clerk to find out.
Notes: The special part is only a Resolution Part: there is no special Trial Part. It is the landlords' responsibility to identify the apt as coop/condo when he files the petition. If he does not, the resolution judge must send the case to the coop/condo resolution part as soon he discovers the 'error' (1999 court directive, not online).
