Help! I am currently renting a home in Knoxville, Tennessee. I have a written lease that expires in April of 2000. I received notice that the house has been foreclosed and now the bank owns the home. Now that the bank owns the home what recourse do I have? What are my rights as the current occupant of the home? I would appreciate any comments.
