little suggestion:

because it seems that a lot of people find this forum but know nothing about your HomePage... (how?: I first came here thru a search engine which never mentioned the real TN)

1. People ask the most basic questions easily answered by themselves if only they read the stuff on TenantNet Home. My guess is that they don't know what that link means. So, instead of, or in addition to, the 'Tenant Net Home' link: try some links labeled: 'NY Tenants Basic Info', 'Basic Tenant Rights', 'Tenants' Rights & FAQS'. or something similar, linking to http://tenant.net/index.html of course.

2. in the box that they don't read:

new title: in bigger bolder letters: READ ME FIRST

add a few words about searching the existing messages before posting their questions...
and maybe repeat the box in the Post A Message section...

Keep up the good work and thanks for your years of TN: saw a page from your AOL years recently...
