You need to get out of that apartment. My sister had almost
exact thing happen, restaurant below her went in while she lived
there and it was unbearable. Read finer points of lease saying
how Landlord is to provide "safe and habitable property" etc etc.
Give him notice citing noise caused by other tenants (I assume the
restaurant also rents from your Landlord). Good luck.
