We were just looking at it earlier tonight. After Doug Hillstrom left as Director of RGB, it came under control of Giuliani forces. Even with a landlord-controlled Board, the staff was open and forthcoming (as much as they could). Things have changed, and yes, they took off the link to TenantNet. We were on the net well before the RGB site and we even developed some of their material into html (not sure if that is still on their site, but it's all on TenantNet). True, they have some good info (most of which is also available here). We supply more (IMHO) and certainly aren't afraid to put up what they don't want the public to see.
