The local TV News just ran a story, "now renters have have a way to deal with their landlords" and gave out the website for www.tenant.net It's an interesting sight.

BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS SITE...it is for NYC tenants and bears little or no reality to any other areas of USA....kept checking there to find the outcome of the NYC tenant who was suing his LL because hot water scalded him and he/wife sued for "reduction in marital relations". This is the cause Rudi was to sit in jury and had to opt out. Tenants were going for $6mil.

I check this site out last night. Somewhat scary - I feel like people are looking for a good reason to sue, it is like they hit the lottery! I'm glad to be in the good ole' south!
