I have the same problem with my landlord demanding rent on the first. My landlord came up this morning (the 3rd) threatening us
with late charges (we pay on the first EVERY month except this one, b/c of
the holiday). . .

Landlords are evil. . . so evil they're EVIL, like the fruITS of the devIL.
