OK youre a woman, and dont know how to change a refridgerator light...

What is a non functioning window? Some bozo painted it shut? well use a razor blade to unstick
the window.

What is a non operating closet door? the door fell off its runner well lift the door
onto the runner, oh its heavy, got any boy friends ?

And for this you want to break the lease...........

I dont belive you.......sheesh

: I have numerous repairs that the landlord needs to make -- broken fridge light, non-functioning window, non-operating closet doors, etc. How can I find out what exactly falls under the warranty, what is a "reasonable" period of time in which to expect repairs, and can I break my lease if these things are not repaired w/in a reasonable period of time?
: Thanks!
