The City Rent and Rehabilitation Law [CRRL]

§ 26-415. Surveys of need for rent control. As provided in subdivision three of section one of the local emergency housing rent control act, the mayor shall cause to be made, and shall present to the council a report of the results of, a survey of the supply of housing accommodations within the city, the condition of such accommodations and the need for continuing the regulation and control of residential rents and evictions within the city. Added by Laws 1985, Ch. 907, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1986.
