CTO's Rental Information Center is a partner in the Greater Cleveland Mediation Consortium, whose members include the Bellaire-Puritas Development Corporation, the Cleveland Mediation Center, East Cleveland Dispute Resolution Center, and the Lakewood Christian Service Center.
RIC provides Rental Rights Information by phone and Landlord-Tenant Mediation services to 10,000 people each year, in NE Ohio communities which provide funding. RIC is funded by the Cities of Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, and Lakewood, and by the Cuyahoga Urban County and Lake County.
RIC is a part of the Cleveland Tenants Organization. Other CTO programs include Tenant Organizing, Community Planning, Equal Housing Opportunities, and the Buckeye Tenants Union. CTO is proud to be a United Way member agency.
