1814. Existing Board practices.

     To the extent that the amendments to Article XVIII adopted at the same
time as this Section incorporate rules, regulations and practices of the Rent
Control Board existing on the date of the adoption hereof, this amendment is
declarative of existing law and does not impose any new requirements or limit
any existing ones.
