ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL
On April 9, 1994 the above-named tenant filed a petition for
administrative review (PAR) of an order issued on March 7, 1994 by
a Rent Administrator (Gertz Plaza) concerning the housing
accommodations known as 135 East 50 Street, Apartment 9L, New York,
NY, wherein the Rent Administrator determined that the owner was
entitled to a rent increase based on various major capital
improvements.
A review of the record in the instant case indicates that by a
letter dated May 6, 1994 the petitioner advised the Division that
she wished to withdraw her Petition for Administrative Review.
In view of the foregoing, the Commissioner is of the opinion that
this Administrative Appeal proceeding should be terminated.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent
Stabilization Law and Code, it is
ORDERED, that this administrative appeal proceeding be, and the
same hereby, is terminated.
