                  ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING AS MOOT


               The above-named petitioner-landlord filed these Petitions for 
          Administrative Review (PAR) appealing the Administrator's orders, 
          docket numbers HK710167R and HK710068RV.

               On April 15, 1994, the Administrator reopened the matter for 
          further consideration under Docket Number IC710008RK.  The 
          Commissioner is of the opinion therefore, that as the matter 
          remains under consideration by the Administrator, the PARs must be 
          terminated as moot.

               THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent 
          Stabilization Law and Code, it is

               ORDERED, that these Petitions for Administrative Review be, 
          and the same hereby are terminated as moot.
