                 CORRECTED ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING


              The above-named tenant failed a Petition for Administrative 
          Review of an order issued concerning the housing accommodations 
          known as 7100 Ridge Boulevard, Apartment 3G, Brooklyn, New York.

              On April 18, 1994 an Order and Opinion was issued terminating 
          the proceeding, however through a clerical error that order was 
          mailed with an incorrect docket number it should in fact have read 
          HF222555BR, instead of HF222555FR, therefore this order is so 
          corrected.

              THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403 
          Laws of 1983, it is

              ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and the 
          same hereby is, terminated.
