          ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW  

          On March 19, 1994, the above-named petitioner filed a timely 
          Petition for Administrative Review (PAR) against the above- 
          captioned Rent Administrator's Docket Number.

          A review of the records of the Division discloses that the 
          proceeding was closed without action on February 24, 1994 because 
          it is a duplicate processed under Docket No. FC120851S which is 
          still pending before the Rent Administrator.

          The tenant is advised that as a rent controlled tenant, he need not 
          request a rent reduction and if it is determined in Docket No. 
          FC120851S that the owner has not maintained essential services, a 
          rent reduction will be ordered.

          THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403, Laws 
          of 1983, as amended by Chapter 102, Laws of 1984, as implemented by 
          Operational Bulletin 84-1, it is,

          ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and the 
          same hereby is, terminated.
