          ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW

               On December 14, 1993 the above named petitioner filed a 
          Petition for Administrative Review concerning the housing 
          accommodations known as 30-72 37th Street, Apt. 1F, L.I.C., N.Y.

               A search of the record reveals that the DRO order in question 
          had not yet been issued at the time of the filing of the PAR.

               Consequently the instant PAR under Docket No. HL120121RO 
          should be terminated as moot.

               THEREFORE, in accordance with the Laws of 1983, as implemented 
          by Operational Bulletin 84-1, it is 

               ORDERED, that this petition be, and the same hereby is, 
          terminated as premature and moot in accordance with the above.
