                  ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING AS MOOT

               The above-named petitioner-landlord filed a Petition for 
          Administrative Review (PAR) appealing the Administrator's order 
          issued on September 14, 1993, under docket number GE620912FR.

               On May 2, 1994, the Administrator reopened the matter for 
          further consideration under docket Number HK620012RK.  The 
          Commissioner is of the opinion therefore, that as the matter 
          remains under consideration by the Administrator, the PAR must be 
          terminated as moot.

               THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent 
          Stabilization Law and Code, it is

               ORDERED, that this Petition for Administrative Review be, and 
          the same hereby is, terminated as moot.
