ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING AS MOOT
On September 8, 1993, the above-named petitioner filed a
Petition for Administrative Review (PAR) appealing the
Administrator's order issued on August 6, 1993, under Docket number
GL420016BT/GE420023BR.
On April 19, 1994, the Administrator reopened the matter for
further consideration under Docket Number ID420026RK. The
Commissioner is of the opinion therefore, that as the matter
remains under consideration by the Administrator, the PAR must be
terminated as moot.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent
Stabilization Law and Code of 1969, it is
ORDERED, that this Petition for Administrative Review be, and
the same hereby is, terminated as moot.
