ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING AS PREMATURE
On July 7, 1993, the above-named petitioner-owner filed a
Petition for Administrative Review (PAR) appealing the
Administrator's order issued on June 4, 1993, under Docket number
FB910048R.
On August 25, 1993, the Administrator reopened the matter for
further consideration under Docket Number HH910020RK. The
Commissioner is of the opinion therefore, that as the matter
remains under consideration by the Administrator, the PAR must be
terminated as premature.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent
Stabilization Law of 1969, it is
ORDERED, that this Petition for Administrative Review be, and
the same hereby is, terminated as premature.
