                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING

               On June 14, 1993 the above-named owner filed a petition for 
          administrative review of an order issued on May 21, 1993 by a 
          Administrator concerning the housing accommodation known as 32 
          Cedar Street, Yonkers, New York.

               By letter dated October 21, 1993, the owner withdrew its 
          petition for administrative review.  The Commissioner is 
          accordingly of the opinion that this proceeding should be 
          terminated.

               THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Emergency 
          Tenant Protection Act of 1974 and the State Tenant Protection 
          Regulations, it is 

               ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is, 
          terminated.
