                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING

               On July 1, 1993, the above-named petitioner filed a Petition 
          for Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on June 21, 
          1993 by the Rent Administrator of the District Rent Office located 
          at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, N.Y.

               In a letter dated November 3, 1993, the petitioner advised 
          that there is no longer an issue to be determined, and is 
          withdrawing its petition.

               THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403, 
          Laws of 1983, it is 

               ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and 
          the same hereby is, terminated.
