                  ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING AS MOOT


     On May 26, 1993, the above-named petitioner-owner filed a Petition for 
     Administrative Review (PAR) appealing the Administrator's order issued on May 
     7, 1993, under Docket Number GH220003AD.

     On July 2, 1993, the Administrator reopened the matter for further 
     consideration under Docket Number HF220010RK.  The Commissioner is of the 
     opinion therefore, that as the matter remains under consideration by the 
     Administrator, the PAR must be terminated as moot.

     THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent Stabilization Law 
     and Code it is

     ORDERED, that this Petition for Administrative Review be, and the same hereby 
     is, terminated as moot.
