                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING

               On April 19, 1993, the above-named petitioner filed a Petition 
          for Administrative Review (PAR) against an order issued on March 
          18, 1993 by the Rent Administrator of the District Rent Office 
          located at Gertz Plaza, Jamaica, N.Y.

               In a letter dated November 3, 1993 the petitioner, advised 
          that there is no longer an issue to be determined, and is 
          withdrawing its petition.

               THEREFORE, pursuant to all of the applicable statutes and 
          regulations, it is 

               ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and 
          the same hereby is, terminated.
