                      ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING 

          On March 31, 1993, the above-named owner  filed  a  Petition  for
          Administrative Review against an order of  a  Rent  Administrator
          concerning the housing accommodations known as 72 Charles Street, 
          5R, New York City.

          The petitioner has now informed the Commissioner of the withdrawal 
          of that petition. In view of that withdrawal, this proceeding may 
          now be terminated, leaving  the  Administrator's  order  in  full
          effect.

          THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent Stabilization Law and Code, 
          it is

          ORDERED that this proceeding be and the same hereby is terminated.
