ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING AS PREMATURE
On February 3, 1993, the above-named petitioner-owner filed a
Petition for Administrative Review (PAR) appealing the
Administrator's order issued on January 22, 1993 by the Rent
Administrator of the District Rent Office located at Gertz Plaza,
Jamaica, New York.
In a letter dated November 3, 1993 the petitioner, advised that
there is no longer an issue to be determined, and is withdrawing
its petition.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 403,
Laws of 1983, it is
ORDERED, that this Administrative Review proceeding be, and the
same hereby is, terminated.
