ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On January 29, 1993 the above named petitioner-owner filed a
Petition for Administrative Review (PAR) appealing the
Administrator's order issued on December 31, 1992 under Docket
Number ZFH220662R, concerning the housing accommodation known as
2085 East 13th Street, Apt.3F, Brooklyn, New York.
The Administrator reopened the matter for further consideration.
The Commissioner is of the opinion therefore that as the matter
remains under consideration by the Administrator, the PAR must be
terminated as premature.
This order is issued without prejudice to the onwer's filing a PAR
against the Order issued upon Reconsideration, within 35 days of
that Order's issue date, if the facts so warrant.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent
Stabilization Law of 1969, as amended, Chapter 576, Laws of 1974,
Chapter 403, Laws of 1983, as amended by Chapter 102, Laws of 1984,
and Operational Bulletin 84-1, it is
ORDERED, that this Petition for Administrative be, and the same
hereby is terminated as premature.
