ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING AS MOOT
The above-named petitioner-owner timely filed a Petition for
Administrative Review (PAR) against an order of the Rent
Administrator issued June 29, 1992. The order concerned various
housing accommodations located at 853 Riverside Drive, New York,
N.Y. The Administrator denied the owner's rent restoration
application.
The Commissioner notes that, in Docket No. EC530409RO, the rent
reduction order issued in Docket No. DD530044B, has been revoked.
The Commissioner's order revoking the rent reduction order renders
this administrative appeal moot. This proceeding is, therefore,
terminated.
THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of the Rent and Eviction
Regulations for New York City, it is
ORDERED, that this proceeding be, and the same hereby is, hereby
terminated as moot.
