ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
On October 26, 1992 the above-named petitioner-owner filed a
petition for Administrative Review against an order issued on
September 22, 1992 by a Rent Administrator, Gertz Plaza, Jamaica,
New York, concerning the housing accommodations known as 351 West
14 Street, New York, NY, various apartments. The owner
simultaneously requested the reopening of the proceeding by the
Administrator.
The record indicates that the Administrator issued a notice under
Docket No. HA430007RK on January 12, 1993 reopening the proceeding
under Docket No. EE430018OM. On September 24, 1993 the Rent
Administrator issued an order based on the owner's request for
reconsideration. The Commissioner is, therefore, of the opinion
that this administrative review proceeding should be terminated.
This order and opinion is issued without prejudice to the right of
any aggrieved party to timely file an Administrative appeal against
the Administrator's order under Docket No. HA430007RK.
Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent
Stabilization Law and Code and the Rent and Eviction Regulations
for New York City, it is
ORDERED, that this administrative appeal proceeding be, and the
same hereby is, terminated.
