ORDER OPINION TERMINATING PETITIONS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
The above-named owner and tenants timely filed administrative appeals against an
order issued on August 4, 1992 by the Rent Administrator (Gertz Plaza, Jamaica,
New York) concerning the housing accommodations known as 136 East 56 Street, New
York, New York, various apartments.
On October 28, 1992, the tenants (through their attorney) and the owner (through
its managing agent) both requested that their petitions for Administrative Review
be withdrawn.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent Stabilization Law and Code and the New
York City Rent and Eviction Regulations, it is
ORDERED, that these petitions be, and the same hereby are, terminated.
