ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PROCEEDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL
On April 2, 1992 the above-named tenant filed a petition for
administrative review (PAR) of an order issued on March 6, 1992, by
a Rent Administrator (Gertz Plaza) concerning the housing
accommodations known as 132 West 15th Street, apartment 4B, New
York, NY, wherein the Rent Administrator determined that the owner
was entitled to a rent increase based on a major capital
improvement (MCI).
A review of the record in the instant case indicates that by a
letter dated April 27, 1992 the petitioner herein advised the
Division that she wished to withdraw her Petition for
Administrative Review.
In view of the foregoing, the Commissioner is of the opinion that
this Administrative Appeal proceeding should be terminated.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Rent
Stabilization Law and Code, it is
ORDERED, that this administrative appeal proceeding be, and the
same hereby is terminated.
